ESAT Informer is a new tool used by Emma Willard School that allows its staff to retrieve messages that have been filtered by the schools SPAM filter. You should review each report carefully before retrieving any messages. ESAT Informer will not retrieve messages that have been greylisted or blocked due to viruses. ESAT Informer can only retrieve messages using mail clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage, or Eudora. There currently is no support for the web interface on EmmaXchange.
Below is a sample message from Esat Informer. The message displays the sender of the message and the message subject line. You will also notice a number and an R next to each message. The number indicates how many filters were applied to this message. The R is used to retrieve the blocked message.
To retrieve a blocked message from ESAT Informer, click the R as shown in the image below.

When you click the R, your default mail client will launch a new message. Do not spell check the document, send it AS IS.

That's it! Within a few minutes you will receive the blocked message in it's original state in your Inbox.
Please note that you will have 14 days to retrieve a SPAM message before it is automatically deleted.
If you did not have any SPAM in your account within the last 24 hour period, you will receive the following email:
